Auto tranny shift **** 78 SA??????
Good afternoon fellow C3 experts,
Planning to order a cup holder from one of our vendors and from the looks of it fitting over the shift panel console it appears that the shift ball and silver push spring has to be removed...
? is.......Are there any specific directions that would help me R&R the ball and spring assy without skewing it up?????
Any and all help is greatly appreciated...........

Those "cup holders" are not very deep. I don't think I would trust my cup of joe to that while the car is in motion! Keep a can of carpet cleaner handy.
