Two awesome cars and drivers. AutoX is very fun. These cars are very serious though. Not your average street autoX cars. They have been setup up extremely well.

VS coil overs on all 4 corners. LS power under the hood. Yes I agree it is somewhat stock but the spring rates he runs are insane for the street. Plus he is a lunatic behind the wheel on the course
That car has quite a few subtle modifications that greatly improve on the suspension anyway. Those spring rates would shake your fillings out too. Still, it's a damned competitive car for a stock frame.
Danny Popp is a great driver! He just won the Optima Challenge again with a C5 Z06.
This car is a real LT1 and has recently had an LS motor swapped into it. There is a feature story on the car in Chevy High Performance before the LS conversion and as Gordonm and Bad Bird said the spring rates are insane.
