Thanks for stopping by. I bought a couple seats at an auction about a week ago. I was told that they are from a '78 Silver Edition. I have no idea if that's right. Here are some pics. I would like to find out for sure what they are and your opinion of their value, as is.
Just from the pictures these look like seats from 79-82, interior color would be Oyster, they are not from a 78 pace car or Silver anniversary model, I think they would be worth $300-$400, just my opinion as I am by no means an expert.

Thank you. Any input is appreciated. I just couldn't resist making a bid. I can't believe I got them for $35!

Nor can I! They are not from a 1978 SA. But you can dye the plastic parts and get new cushions (e.g. Willcox) to get that combo back to silver very easily. Right now they are presentable but somewhat tired 1979-80 seats. I limit my comment to those years as in 1981 a driver's power seat became available.

They are not from a 78 that's for sure.. Pace cars are the only year to use this seat and they would be in the silver pace leather. This is Oyster from 79-80 more than likely.
The usefulness of this seat is the buckets and the tracks though, the covers and foam are pretty shot. for a value, I'd check fleabay see what is out there and for a true value, search completed items, not active listings.
IMHO,
Willcox
