Black Dye interior pics
If you want to change the color of your interior, use the right product for that job. SEM "ColorCoat" vinyl dye--liquid form, sprayed on--is the "right stuff". Other name brand dyes (not regular 'paint') do well, also; but I have always used the SEM dye, mixed to my interior color code, and have NEVER had any negative results. In fact, all results have been extremely positive...for being easy to spray, easy to cover, to covering well (two light, covering coats will change any color to any other color), to never peeling or wearing off. I've even sprayed a black leather-wrapped steering wheel so that it would match my interior. No cracks, wear, peeling, or change in color after 5 years!!!
Why would you want to chance a mail-order spray bomb when you can get the 'best' locally. Call around to some professional auto body paint supply stores. Many have mix-to-order dye available. And, if you don't have spray equipment, just buy a Pre-Val bottle sprayer with 2-3 extra gas canisters. Low dollar (about $10 plus a few bucks for the extra gas canisters) and it will do a GREAT job with the thin, SEM ColorCoat vinyl dye.
P.S. For good results, you MUST clean all surfaces with detergent (to get rid of all the oily 'protectants' you used on your interior parts), rinse WELL to get rid of all detergent, then let dry completely. If you do that and use SEM dye, you will not have to use a primer product, first. Other products may require a primer to get good adhesion.

SEM Landau Black is about perfect for a C3. It is not high gloss.
I used it to dye an NOS parking brake console, kick panels and to freshen up rear storage, jack, battery frame. Even used it on my steering column and it looks factory IMHO. Lastly used it on the shoulder belt harness cover on 70 vert.
