The seller is a luxury car dealer in Scottsdale so I am sure he doesn't know that much about Corvettes. He is just fishing for a sucker. I can't see a 75 convertible selling at that price even if it is the last convertible.
He even says that he describes his cars to the best of his knowledge. The inventory looks interesting, and I saw an unrestored 54 sold for 36k.
If you're in the "luxury car" dealer business, isn't your income dependant on your knowledge of cars? If only the ones you're selling?
But, the 70 pictures are very helpful!

...in the last 20yrs I've seen this car in person several times. Never got to see that trim tag though. Would like to hear the explanation on that one? I last attended Bloomington Gold in 2006 and it was near that year(maybe a year or two before), I saw that car sell there at their Mecum Auction and I believe it brought $62.5K back then if I remember right.
My old Silver/Silver '75 L-82 coupe was built 73 cars ahead of this one, which was kinda neat.

The dealer probably delegates the ad writing to some "brilliant" recent graduate relative who was staring out the study hall window chomping his/her gum just a few months ago.
These "gum chompers" can be found in your doctor's billing office, your insurance company and countless businesses all over this country.
They are air heads and make our lives hell.
I seem to interact with them on a regular basis.
Thanks! I've been thinking more and more about seeing if I can quickly fix it up and drive it for my summer car. I'd have to sell off my G8 which I would probably lose money on and I'd have to convince my mom to let me have it which would be hard since I already got my dad's '68. Though my sister already said she really doesn't want one of the vettes now and my mom wouldn't want to drive one anymore. But that might be a moot point because the wife told me that I couldn't buy it lol.
Hmmm... this All Original 1975 Corvette comes with an "AM/FM CD Radio". I didn't know the General had CD Players as an option, years before CD's were on the market. This car is equipped with the following options:

- Hard top and Soft Top
- AM FM CD Radio
- Factory Rally Wheels
Probably somebody put a late stereo in .....there was no CB option that year either . I think 75 's still had the special corvette unique radio like my 74 has
Also....there maybe conversions ...where old unique radios are gutted and new modern insides install to keep the stk look. Hard to say.

Scroll through the pics for about an hour until the interior shots begin to show. Looks like a stock GM stereo to me and it certainly is not CD. Rally wheels were not an option in 75 and the folding top came with a convertible, providing additional reasons not to put too much faith in advertising hype.
