Agreed. The time I spent in the 70's as a certified GM auto technician makes me hate to give my 76 to anyone to work on.

I bet that Lingenfelder is an attorney. Otherwise, it would have cost him more money and a LOT more trouble to sue and take it to a jury than he would ever get awarded IF he won the suit.

Good for him! And glad it worked out. He is a man of principal and he stood tall for the rest of us folks who regularly get 'screwed' by repair shops. That's why I do all the work possible on my car.
