Default New master cylinder
Should i get the bleeder kit ?do i bleed it off the car or can i do it while it is connected to the booster

Master cylinders have to be bled. Most folks bleed them on the bench, then install them. Most of them come with fittings and tubing for bench bleeding.

The AIM has detailed instructions for bench bleeding your master cylinder as well.
