Default carb linkage

I am putting on a Holly 670 street avenger double pumper in place of the quadrajet, and need to know if anyone knows what I will need to get for the throttle hookup?

I used this bracket
http://www.ebay.com/itm/68-69-70-71-72-GM-CORVETTE-ACCELERATOR-CARB-BRACKET-HOLLEY-/110453518565?pt=Vintage_Car_Truck_Parts_Accessories&hash=item19b78af0e5
It mounts off the carb stud and holds the cable in place.

Here is a shot of my mock up.

I assume your engine is not stock. I did this on my stock engine and it flooded out every time I put it in gear.

I still have the carb, I will use it when I rebuild the motor.

Ken

PS that part is not for your 74.

I rebuilt my quadra jet in the mean time for only 200.00. Made an incredible difference.

I have the carb and will be rebuilding the engine around it. Since I got my brand new cobra tires, I can't "light them up" anymore. I need more horse power now. Stupid tires grab too much.

that is the correct bracket for a Quad r Jet or a Holley .
I used the stock bracket on a Holley spread-bore perfect fit.
However that picture shows only the bracket,
it does not show the attaching screw, and the accelerator cable clamp.

Carb works great, really lights em up. Used a linkage kit for Holly and bolt6ed right to the manifold.
