Guests have come and gone. It was a grand day as we used to say in the Maritimes. Turkey, gravy, home-made stuffing and salads, home-made apple and cherry pies, etc. Add a little Canadian Chardonnay and it was a nice mix. So I'll rest for the evening.

Thanks to those who chose to respond to my thread. Much appreciated! And I do recognize the Christian significance of this day. It was not forgotten.

Thanks be to God for yours and my salvation DG.

For if while we were enemies we were reconciled to God by the death of his Son, much more, now that we are reconciled, shall we be saved by his life.

(Romans 5:10 ESV)

I can't help my political incorrectness lol!

Glad you had a grand day Paul! You sure made me hungry with the menu description! We had snow here in the Southwestern part of the province, looks like a slow start to spring so far. Take care!

Looks like April 22 to get the car out of commercial storage, come h*** or high water! I miss the d*** thing after six months.

The first song on the IPod on the way home. Did that for my Wife when I bought my first Corvette in 1986. In May we will be married 40 years. So a Corvette (of various years) we have enjoyed for quite some time.
