Hi C3,
You must have been quite excited when the doors to that container were opened and you got a look inside!
Looks like a very nice coupe project!
Good Luck!
Regards,
Alan

Yes, I took a picture when I "cut" the seal to the container, and I can tell you, I look happy in the picture :- )

The car is acutely a better car, then I thought it would be, it is a very good basic for a project.

I like almost every Corvette, also the c4 !! :- )
BUT 69 is one of the best years, together with 63 (split), in my mind.

Yes and no, it is a much better car/project then I thought it would be. If I took a few days, then I'm sure I could start it up, and drive. I do have a extra L46 engine that I could use.

Nice starting point for your project. With that collection of parts you will have a lot of fun driving your '69 Corvette.
Good luck and as others have said keep the progress and pictures coming.

YOU BET, I bought it almost 1 year ago !!
And the sbc 427 was bought a bit before that !!!!!!!!!
So it's been a loooong wait for sure.

Yes I did buy a lot "to come with the car"
But my first project, is to mount my new 195 AFR heads on my 69 convertible. (L46 engine) So I can measure the push rods I need to buy.
I've just installed Comp Cams hydr roller cam 12-466-8, new 8" balancer, Comp Cams hydr roller lifters (853-16) and Comp Cams 1.6 rocker arms will be added also.

It will be for SURE, I'm really forward to this project
Like I said before, the car is in better shape, then I thought it would be.
It is very nice, that you still can make business across the World, without being cheated !!
The seller was a very honest man

Actually we are in the middle of some very nasty cyclonic weather (Cat. 2). Fences down, trees down, but the family and Corvette is safe!

How about you?

It is your fall now right??
I'm glad to hear your family AND corvette is safe :-)
Here it is spring, right now it is a lot of sun and good weather. But still it can be cold in the morning.

But soon I will install the last parts I need on my convertible, so I can get driving again.

Regards for up north :- ))
