lubricating cables
I have found an adapter to grease speedo and tach cables. It screws into the cluster end of the cable and has a grease fitting. What would you shoot into them? I have heard of people putting dylithium grease in speedo cables but have never seen it in a container that could be used with a grease gun.

you don't want to lubricate the cluster end because if it travels into the speedo or tach it will damage them. If you lubricate the non-cluster end it will travel through the cable. Use graphite lube.
