I see Paragon corvette sells most bird cage pieces individually, but they don't sell a complete bird cage.
Besides ebay, does anybody know where one could be had?
I assume nobody reproduces these.
Most of the vendor supply pieces to the birdcage. Maybe a few pictures would help to determine if in fact you nee ALL of the birdcage replaced. Is any of it good? shipping and or travel would also be an issue. Like Big City Corvettes has a salvage yard they deal with but it is in Calif. Not sure where you are. Do a WTB in parts wanted or for sale. You might get lucky.

I don't have it completely exposed yet. Still trying to figure out how to get the rear fiberglass off. Definitely need top and sides of windshield and bottom outside corners. Front couple inches of the roof center is gone as well.

You may check out this guy's videos. He removed some of his rear clip.
Last I looked the vendors did not offer all parts for a birdcage. The lower windshield frame corners for 68 - 72 were not available. Vendors offer mainly repair parts.
I had to replace the Bird Cage in my '80. Replacement parts couldn't cover all the damage. My only option was to swap out my cab frame with one from a '77 that was in really decent shape. Mine was a 4 speed, the '77 was an auto. I had to move all of the clips and brackets from my '80 cage to the '77. Anyways, after powder coating the new Bird Cage looks fantastic.

Were you able to get the rear fiberglass off in one piece, or did you have to separate the quarters and deck lid from the trunk/storage area?
I ran a metal restoration shop for antique and classic cars for over 25 years but now since I'm retired I get tired just thinking about how huge the job of changing the bird cage is . I'll leave it up to you younger guys and go sit in the sun .
Wasn't there an outfit called 'Collier Technologies', that was making replacement birdcages? I read about them several years ago, but maybe the demand wasn't enough to make it profitable for them.

I think they make replacement frames. Hadn't heard of birdcages being offered.
you just have to shop around to the corvette yards or ebay to find one in good condition.. and pay their price.... and you really want to see it before you buy it and it may be across the country. then of course you will have VIN tag issues and all the accusations from the authorities of tampering with the VIN tag.
it is really best to just sell the car and buy one that is in better condition. unless you are extremely dedicated and do a excellent and complete repair.
if i was looking at a car with a supposedly repaired bird cage, I would want to see detailed pics of the repair.. since I know that a great percentage of those repairs are done skimpily due to the same issues you are running into.

Keep in mind that big city corvettes ships free to anywhere in the lower 48. Have used them and they are great.
