I've been keeping my eyes peeled for a driver quality C3. I'm thinking about checking this one out soon. What do you guys think?

If the bc and frame are nice that is a sweet car for the $$$...so since it was posted almost a month ago something isnt right....look closely as to why it's still for sale...

Looks good. Like blue said some things aren't original, radio, steering wheel, fan shroud has been cut for an easier install . Those items no big deal. Let us know if you get it .

Any idea where a 4 spoke wheel came from?

The car certainly is worth a look. Good luck.

Perhaps the sale is held up because of the seller's conduct/manners.
I have seen that before.
It does appear to be a very nice '73 with minor deviations.
