Help on Lower Control arms, Cross bars

Help on Lower Control arms, Cross bars
So the task of taking apart my control arms bushings, ball joints, ect came up this weekend. Got the upper bushings out no problem. Then working on the Lowers, What a PITA!. I ended up getting the one side off but when I was using my air hamer dented the Sh** out of the cross bar end sleeves. So now I'm on to the other side. and will probably have the same problem. Wondering if any forum members have some extra cross bars laying around ?? or where I can get a reasonable set. thanks

Don't the sleeves come with the bushings? I'm missing something here. Maybe I don't know the proper name of the parts. I'm doing the control arm bushings also. Just got everything out. Sure am hoping the bushings come with the inner and outer with the rubber in between.

Yes! Total rookie mistake on my part. I got them out using heat to melt the rubber then poped them right off. The sleeves of the bushings were gaulded so bad on the ends of the shaft i thought they belonged there ! Thanks everyone.
