Working on wipers does this connect here?

My wiper door works but not the wipers. I found this connector laying against the firewall under the wiring. I hoping it's the ground.

Could find it in the AIM in any detail.

No engine or battery so I could test it yet.

Here's the ground connection in 71.
It appears the are 2 connections in the plug you're holding?
What year is your car?

It's a 69 so I know it's a little different. Someone even removed the anti drip valve on mine. That was an expense piece to replace.

Yes, it's a ground and the other wire runs over to the blower motor circuit.
