Wipers and washer pump not working

Wipers stopped working after driving in a flooded street

They don't charge by the word, feel free to use some as to what year you have, etc.
Based solely on what little info you give, I'd check the fuse first.

After driving in a flooded zone wipers stopped fuse is ok but seems like there is no power

c3 wipers not working

I have a sa 1978 and drove it today under the rain and in flooded street when my wipers stopped

Check the wiring, especially the grounds.
