Bleeding brakes?
It's been a while an honestly and I've forgot! I just finished the Borgesen steering box installation and need to bleed the brakes since the master had to come off in order to drop in the new box.
Do I bleed the passenger rear first then driver rear, passenger front, driver front?
I don't think it matters, but I started from the driver's front then the passenger side front, then passenger rear and the driver's side rear. It took a few tries, I replaced calipers and two of my new ones were bad. Lucky for me, I purchased locally and didn't take much time for replacements.
All I know is, a friend who did mine owned a brake shop for over 20 years and told me to start with the wheel farthest from the master cylinder and work to the closest (drivers front).
Easiest way by your self... Open the rear bleeders on both sides , Get beer ,, make sure master cylinder has cap off and stays full , , let it gravity bleed.
Do same for front ..
You will be looking for a steady stream to be running out of the bleeders.

That's how I've always done it and never had a problem. Just be sure to keep the mc level up as mentioned.
You will never get all of the air out of a brake system by using gravity, and no legitimate brake shop that does that. Why? Because it's not effective, or safe.

Non sense . I have 4 corner racing breaks from Aero space components and did it as I described ..
First of all bleeding breaks can be done a few ways , one is gravity , one is wheel by wheel with someone pumping them up and another is with a power bleeder.
I am sure this is a coincidence him doing it to a corvette however it clearly demonstrates gravity bleeding ..Your welcome AdamMeh for me showing you something you can use in the future.
And you respond with sarcasm. How typical for you.
How you take it that way is funny .. However you do agree you are wrong and gravity bleeding is a safe effective way to bleed brakes and I thank you for your acknowledgement your a stand up guy for sure to admit you are wrong..
