Finally got around to doing this. ( of course, it was the Hottest, and most Humid afternoon this Year )
I started by wet sanding, 600 grit. I went back after this pic, to address any shiny spots, and to make sure the sealer was below the frame and the glass.
Then taped it up, and commenced spraying, one light coat, followed by 5 medium coats.
Turned out a little on the light side, by my eyes, maybe it will dry a bit darker ?
I'll wait a couple of weeks then color sand and polish. Then reapply the black RTV sealant.
And to finish-up, I even got to use my New TOOLS. Complete the Junk front end alignment I received, and got the Left rear to within 1/2 degree of camber.
OK, I'm Pooped, Clean-up another Day..........................
Nice work! The moon roofs look brand new after all your elbow grease, keep it up. I like what you did with the valve covers too. I'm planning something similar for the Cal Custom valve covers I have on my big block. Just a nice touch of color to tie it all together under the hood.

Have a Great Day,

Hi Bill
This alignment tool is interesting. Where you able to correctly adjust rear toe and chamber using this tool?
if you did there are a lot of people here who would like to know the procedure you used.
