1968 Speed Warning Speedometer

I have a late Feb 1968 car.
It has the following:
- Buzzer mounted on back of speedo
- SW SPEEDO stamp
- Center mounted wiper override, below the steering column
- Dash has mounting holes below tach for the other override arrangement, but I don't have the bracket and have no reason to believe mine isn't original to the car.
Another question I've wondered is why the buzzer has a 3 pin connector, but with only 2 pins hooked up. Is the buzzer used on a different car which uses 3 wires?
