Greetings, new to the forum.
I've done some searching but not finding what I'm looking for. Probably just me. My '74 has a pioneer stereo in it.... I'm looking for something a little more original looking yet, perhaps some of today's features. Yeah probably two different camps there.
What have you done to have some of that retro style with today's technology?. I don't really need today's tech, so going more original would be more preference.

Check any of the Vette catalogs or their online stores. Or go on ebay. Plenty to choose from.
If the console plate was hacked up to fit a DIN style (no shafts with *****) then you may be stuck with newer non-orig style.
