Small bracket install on Megashifter?

Small bracket install on Megashifter?
I bit the bullet and am finally going to install a B&M Megashifter in my '81. I have a few questions for those who have installed one. I don't know where the small brackets for the shift indicator light and shift indicator cable mount. I'm using a 80694 shifter and I have included some pictures of what I'm talking about.

This picture shows the shift indicator cable end that somehow attaches near the shift indicator. The location that it attaches to is what I need to know. The opposite end attaches to the shifter body as shown in the instructions on page three figure three.
