Default 1973 carpet question
This may sound like a stupid question, but here goes anyway.
Does the carpet go down and then the seatbelt and then the cover goes over that?
Or does seat belt and cover go on and the carpet covers all that?

Originally the carpet was cut out around the cover. I installed the
retractor and then put cover on and placed the carpet over the cover
on my 73.
