TH 400 code
Can anyone please decode C73Y 6460 567SN from a TH400 transmission.

are you use it's a 400 and not a 350, the SN code shows up for a 350

Yes I thought CY was only TH 400

I'm no expert but typically the pan layout is how you make a visual distinction, can they send you one?

Looks like a short shaft th400 to me. My info says CY in 73 was 250hp Vette and 245hp Camaro.

That is a TH400 from a 73 model. The vacuum modulator is on the
side on a TH400.
On the rear facing back on a Th350.

That and the pan shape tells you for sure.
Here is the TH400 from my 73, you can see the modulator on
the side.
