Default Manifolds and this?

I'm guessing these are the original manifolds for my 82? And what is this other thing? I know it's not a part for my car but it was in my box of parts and have never seen this before.

If I'm looking at it wright it looks like a hubcap for a chevy pickup, not sure of the year could be from middle 60's.

The manifolds are missing the stove shields.

The other part...hang it on the wall in the garage....it is NOT for your car.

Those shorty headers were first used on the 1980 California C3's which came with 305 engines as the 350s could not pass emissions that year. Only the 305's received them, and no 350s in other states got them. These stainless steel shorties then showed up on the 82's and look similar to the ones that came on my 84 C4. I removed all the smog tubes from mine and installed a true dual exhaust with no cat. Would think these shorties should produce a few more hp than the ram manifolds but have not seen any testing on them.

You can see the center bolts ! Look like early C-4 manifolds to me, don't know much about late C-3's.

Directly behind where the two outer exhaust pipes converge. And if you look again you can see the bolt for the center flange on the manifold.
