Million years ago I was just married 6 months , still owned the 79 black L82 maxed out 4spd it was my pride and joy. Glass tops ...whole deal
I didn't drive the vette to work that day...My wife insisted a use her Plymouth Horizon ...chit box ......I said ok....she was off that day . Said she might drive it to grocery store.....
I went to lunch with friends from office in their car.
We passed my wife going down the road opposite direction. She had my corvette out , loaded with like four other women , cramed in that car , I think one was curled up in the back luggage spot
t tops off , Wild and crazy.....they never saw me....
I was not the happy camper when I got home.

Man, you guys really got me beat. I have given two people a ride in the passenger seat of my 68 coupe a couple of times in the past. Also my two small kids after the divorce. Lou.

After doing some tuning on our cars at a friend's garage, three of us took my '68 out to see if we had found and fixed that high speed miss I had.
Later he made a comment, were we nuts are what? Him especially, since he was sitting on the console, top down, with us doing about 100 down the highway, and obviously no seat belt on.
