Danny Popp just won the Duel in the Desert Shootout in Scottsdale this past weekend in his '72.

Danny is not only a great competitor; he's a great guy. A few weeks ago I contacted him with some questions about the installation of a Rancho front sway bar and he responded immediately with helpful information.
Very That would have been fun to watch. Scottsdale is a great town too with plenty to do. Do you know anything about the red Vette at the right edge of the top photo? I can't tell for sure but it may be the old Larry Park car. I can't remember who runs it now but it's been repainted in the last 1-2 years and runs really well.

Yes, that's the one! Thanks. That car was at one of the Danville Hot Summer Nights events in 2014 and I got a chance to look it over up close. Quite a car.
