Im also not a big coffee drinker, but I hear that the Edelbrock makes for lousy coffee. Throw a Q-jet on there and the percolations will be much better.
Now, if you want to make espresso, your going to have to step up to an aeromotive A1000 pump, #10 line to the regulator, down to #8, and an old BG Silver Claw. Or at least I think I read something like that somewhere.
