Default exhaust manifolds

need some help from the gurus I have a 71 sb non air my passenger side exhaust manifold is cracked casting 3989036 and found one casting 3932465 which says from a 70 sb will it fit and work I would like the same number but they are hard to find.

According to the NCRS pocket guide your number 3989036 is for 1971 right hand 270 HP 350 engine . The one that you found should have the number "1" at the end ( 3932461 ) They used the number 3989036 on 70 , 71 , and 72 on the right side.

Yes, as long as the outlet diameter is the same. 2"

Driver side is different, though.

mick, I just put one on the drivers side, the guy I got it from had both I only bought the one now I need the passenger side he said they came off the same engine. the casting number for the drivers side was the same
