The second one deleted that and added information on the big block specs and added tobacco interior color. There are probably some other changes that I can't remember. Lou.
I guess I am looking for something that does not exist as the L88 430hp was not in the brochures ??
There were two versions of the 68 sales brochure, and neither of them mentioned the L-88 engine. Of the three years that the L-88 was offered, 69 was the only year it was included in the sales brochure.
Chevrolet did not intend the L-88 to be sold for street use. It was only offered to the public, because most racing sanctioning bodies required it to be an available option, in order to race it. Even though it was included in the 69 brochure, the brochure stated in a couple places, that the L-88 was intended for off road use only.
