Can you read any of it? Mine looks like it was yanked off by a grizzly bear with a blow torch. I was able to enhance what's left of it to pull the correct codes. DPO has listed three of them incorrectly. Thought he had F41 suspension on a 1970.

Johnny, mine is pretty legible. I see your LS5 came with PO2's.
Unfortunately, the PO2 wheel covers are long gone replaced with regular Rally wheels and caps. I haven't seen another LS5 with my same option list, so I'm thinking it's a fairly rare combination.

Got the valves adjusted and now just need a few more small parts to be able to install it. Looking towards mid September or early October. Just need to convince the wife that I need to spend more than I was planning this month on the car. Need mufflers, starter, AC compressor, and some other parts which were not on the list for this month. Just getting antsy since I have not seen the car together in over 20 years. I've owned it for less than 2 years.
