Default 71-No interior light whatsoever?

Duh, where should I be looking for signs of an interior light in the 71?
I'm so used to an overhead interior light on vehicles...
What/where are the interior lights?

If there were/are no interior lights, best way to add interior light (door switched)?

I am presently working on 71. The interior lights are located near the kick panel speakers on the bottom edge of the dash panels. There should be a metal bracket on each side that mounts on the bottom of the dash panels. There is a hole in the metal brackets that the lamp sockets mount in. Hope this helps.

There's also a rear cargo light that comes on with the courtesy lights mentioned above. Do you have plunger switches in the doors? Rotating the dash dimmer should also turn them on.

Hi TCG,
As cgc and 65 have said. Be sure to rotate the **** as 65 mentioned.

Passenger side kick panel upper, inner corner. You can just see the screw that mounts the bracket to the panel.

This is the bracket (round hole) under the drivers side dash panel that the lamp clips into.

Rear bulkhead.
