Instrument panel picture 1968

Does anyone have a picture of the back of a 1968 instrument panel so I can see where the brass tab for the radio capacitor goes? From the looks of the shape and length of the wire, it slides in piggyback with one side of the ammeter gauge.

I would have to agree. Capacitors are installed on the power side of components....that usually have a winding in the such as blower motors and alternators...and also the turn signal so you do not get a popping sound in your speaker when the blinkers are on. If you have a newer style radio..I do not think they are needed....but do as you wish.
