Brake pad question

It is hard to actually tell in the photos but it looks like an organic pad...and is the type I would install and not think twice about it for street driving. I think I am seeing small copper/brass bits in it...but without me having it in my hand and rotating it in the light...like I wrote...hard to say. I DO KNOW it is NOT a high metallic pad.
Be careful handling it so you do not get the surface contaminated with oily stuff like I see in the one photo.
