"If anyone on this board can get in touch with the Corvette owner of a 1971 LS6 Bridgehampton blue coupe # 16554. I have some urgent information about their car. I would really appreciate any help with this matter."

With several other excellent LS6's on the market right now under 150k I don't see how they will get there price unless there is something very special about this LS6 that sets it apart from the others and more special than just some GM display car. And the others for sale show the engine pad stamp, documents, some GM of Canada, tank stickers, things I don't see with this car except the pop which is nice. It's gonna take more.
It's not at Mecum because its not going to sell for what they want to get for it. They must be smart enough to know its not worth the trip.
And last but not least whenever anyone shows or quotes NADA you know they are reaching
I understand some people get worried that there VIN number is shown but if that is the concern just block out the last three digits.
Also for those that know, the ad says only 30 or so cars are known. Is that true? I don't know much about the LS6 other than general info, are 150 cars still unaccounted for?
If that's the case I'm going to start looking at more 71 454's......

Ed, I would strongly disagree... There are very few "excellent" LS-6s out there. When those cars sell, it's for twice that amount and the general public never hears about it.

Fair enough. Never thought about sales you don't see. Can't know what I don't know.
Do you think the ones that are currently advertised are not in such good shape? The WB one that Proteam has according to there ad top flighted in 2015 and it looks like it has some good pedigree. It's at 149k and that's a dealer price. Not familiar with any LS6's personally.
It's only possible to compare what I see out there.
The other LS6 is on Corvette Mikes site but that's an auto and at 135k. Not much info on that car.
Then there is the ZR2 for over 500k.....nice
