elect window problem
hello from Australia
i am having elect. window problems, i have just new outside window felts to both doors, and now the windows will not go all the way up. I have loosened all guides, tracks etc and all work perfect, once all is tightened up (at a lot less pressure and more room to move) i still have the problem is there any little tricks/secrets i need to know to fix this problem?

Is you engine running when you are doing this. It is wise to have it running to give more power to the power window motors.
Is your problem that the window will NOT go all the way up when the door is closed...you did not specify and it IS IMPORTANT to know this from the beginning.

Thanks DUB, i only had key turned on, engine was not running. will give that a try. the door was open when i was trying to get the window to work correctly, had door trim still connected by mirror toggle, so i will try it with motor running and will temp attach door trim to see if i can get it right with door closed and motor running
