Keep in mind many of the Corvettes I work on are Southern Corvettes....and I have the sense of 'feel' to KNOW when to stop trying to take the bolt out.

I guess I wrote that previous post a bit incorrect. I work on a lot of Corvettes that have lived their life in the south.
Being somewhat lucky to work on Corvettes that are not eaten up by salt and rust....I guess that I have been spoiled over the years. Every once and a while I get one in that is a 'transplant' and came with someone who moved from the north....and working on it...I realize that it is faster to break the bolts off and replace them due to the rust.
