Default NEEDED - Phoenix, AZ Vette Specialist

All - hoping some of my fellow basinonians (ie Phoenicians) can recommend some quality Vette shops to assist with my restore.

Have an early 68 convertible (SB 327/350). About a week away from the body being off and need a quality fiberglass/paint shop.

Also looking to send the original engine and transmission out for rebuild.

Any recommendations or referrals is greatly appreciated.

I don't have any personal experience with them, but several people on ArizonaCorvetteEnthusiast.com have recommended Classic Gold in Tempe for paint/body.

Have you posted in the Regional forums which specifically include AZ?

I live in phoenix as well. Max's corvettes does great work and he has a ton of parts. Also Bromleys Corvette and Corvette Performance Arizona is supposed to have a fair amount of knowledge/ parts.

RJ - Thanks. I have heard the same on Classic Gold in Tempe. I live in Anthem (North PHX...or south Flagstaff to some...) and was hoping to find some closer. I plan to check them out however.
