Well I checked on ebay and it looks like 16"are standard,, so i have a new question is there any adjustment on the wiper assembly ,, it seems like my passenger side is out of whack , i took it off and ran it with just the drivers blade on and it runs out smoothly .. any ideas ??

Reason: found out more info
16" are the correct length blades for all 68-82's. About the only adjustment I know, is to take both arms off, and play around positioning them on the transmissions, until they don't hit.
There is an adjustment at the wiper motor. You loosen the two nuts
and you can adjust each arm to different positions. I can't tell you
which way to adjust, not seeing how they are hitting, but you can
try different positions.

DonnieP73 is right. I forgot there was some adjustment in the connector on the wiper transmission.

An AIM is an Assembly Instruction Manual. It is a book full of exploded drawings, showing how the various components of the car were assembled. They were originally used at St Louis, to assemble new Corvettes.
All of the Corvette vendors sell them, in both loose leaf and CD versions.
