Default Got rear ended...

Those F150's hit hard!

The guy behind me thought the green left turn light was ours. It wasn't...

What do you guys think it would cost to get the doors, top and hood painted while it's already in for paint? In high school I replaced the front bumper (and rear...) and had it and the front clip painted then.

Miles

That's typical of the way people drive anymore ( No patience ) They drive like they are at the drag strip lights. Light changes , Stomp it !

Hope no one was hurt.

I would think it would not cost too much more money to paint the doors and roof...all the "set up" will be his insurance ( if he had some that is ). My guess would be maybe $1000.

I would guess that the cost to paint the rest of the parts would be about equal to the pain & suffering in your neck and back (wink*wink*) since your were rear-ended.

"Ain't it da truth!" I.m glad you are O.K......but give your neck and back a week or two.

I have no idea about the extra paint, but I hope they work it into the settlement one way or the other....

I just glad he didn't destroy the deck and quarter panels.

Wow .....sorry that happened.

Our 74 s are tuff .....she go again. Be patient and have it fixed correctly.

I agree with the poster about the impatient drivers.......car builders have supplied the general public of poor azzed. Drivers with daily drivers of 200-300 HP , wide tires and great suspensions . Driving 90 mph .

Result ......every mommy in a mini van is now a race driver . Every Mustang and Camaro is a race car .

We have Pinto, VW , and Vega type drivers now talking on the cell phone with 300 HP and not concentrating on driving.
