Actually I think it's someone just trying to have fun,
Silva the fellow who made the mako re body kit did a stretched mako vette funny car body and they were painted with a shark down the side, I have my pictures on the other computer still packed up.

Definitely a 2016.
Very similar to when the new Pontiac GTO was released, this car has no hood scoop.
I think that's due to come along in 2017/2018 !!!
