After putting a drop of transmission fluid/etc on the threads.........Try forcing U.S./Metric Allen wrenches into the screw until you find one that "grabs".........plan B would be to drill the screw out.

Every garage should have a can of PB Blaster. A couple little sqirts will do wonders on rusted bolts or screws.
