Default under dash wire ID (Bubbas cut-n-hide)?

so I have the center console and passenger side dash apart to replace a bad (fried) wire harness that feeds the AC/Heat/blower etc. and I find these wires cut and hidden behind one of the air ducts? the green one pictured was cut clean and plugs into a harness that looks like it runs to some sort of amp??? the other is a blue round switch with what looks like a capacitor on it thats broken? I have an AIM manual on the way but not here yet so figured I'd take some pics & ask you guys for now.

Pic #2 green/blue/yellow bundle wire bundle is from the radio convector (Pic #3). They plug into the back of the radio and not to the green/black bundle shown. Greens and blacks are speaker wiring.

Pic #4 shows the RFI capacitor on the flasher.

The U69 radio option of the AIM when it arrives will show all of these.

thanks, while waiting for a response I searched electrical parts on the web at corvette sites and figured out that the one item was a radio amplifier and that the other was a flasher but didn't know why it had a capacitor on it.

The capacitor is to filter out the pop that the am radio would pick up when the turn signals flashed. There's also one on the brake light switch and a few other switches for the same reason. The capacitors aren't necessary unless you listen to a lot of am radio while your turn signals are flashing, etc.
