not really , hard to steer though , not a strong as I used to be !

No PS also?
Like my 69 Convertible, it needs strong arms, if the car is not driving :- ))
But it does have PB, I've never been driving a non PB car.

I really don't think anyone would need to worry about breaking without the power assist, especially if you have a 4 speed to operate. My '69 doesn't have PB but has PS. Love the PS and could care less about the PB option not being there (not to say that it wouldn't be fun to have the extra option) but never an issue.
