1981 Seat Switch..
Has anyone replaced their electric seat switch? I bought a switch from Ebay and am not sure how to remove the wires from the old switch. I gave it a few good tugs but it does not seem to want to come apart.
There are 21 pins on the back of the switch and I think that's because its 3 switches together. Thanks for any help. The car is an 81.

Hi Richard. I replaced the switch on my '81. It was a little tough to get off. I just kept twisting until the harness came loose. Just a fyi you can buy the switch reproduction now. Very expensive though. About $165.

Thank you very much. So, I guess then there are not any of the push/pull clips, just give it a little twist and pull at the same time.
I did get a replacement switch from ebay, paid $45.00. thanks again.
