chromer suggestions
I have 2 companies near me in VA. that do nice chrome work. Problem is that they will only do show chrome. So I need my shielding flash chromed. Any recommendations.

Try contacting Librandi Plating near Harrisburg, Pa.
They're actually located in Middletown near the Harrisburg airport.
I don't know if they're willing to do flash or not.
