Turn Signals won't cancel

Turn Signals won't cancel
Just rebuilt my T/T steering column. Turn signals DO work, neither will cancel though.
Feels like something is tight when I do use the turn signal lever.
Any ideas?

Other than getting a hold of Jim Sheas papers on this....it depends if your horn contact was installed correctly.
I can literally build this in my sleep I have done so many of them...
I have numerous questions to ask you...so...if you want to PM me I can get you my shop phone number and you can call me and we can talk about it and I can ask you questions.

My horn doesn't work either BUT I haven't checked the fuse yet.
