72 convertible interior needed
Folks,
my car was involved in a house fire. The car itself is fine. Most of the interior was in the shop where the fire started and got burned up. I am in need of an entire interior dash gauges door panels basically an entire interior. Is it possible to find an entire interior? What years will fit my 72? Is the interior specific to a convertible or will a t top or hardtop interior work? Any thoughts on how to get the parts would be appreciated. Not going to be original just a driver so I don't care if it's out of a different year. Car is SCG with black top and black interior. I do want to keep the colors.

Tough enough over some 21 years now for my finding an occasional piece for my '72 interior....convertible.....I highly recommend you get hold of a vendor here....Wilcox...and If he don't have the pieces he know who does.....hope the seats are OK, finding new steel or padding just makes it more miserable.....I replaced the entire interior over the years with my car, but knock on wood, last piece is over ten years now....

I rebuilt a burned out 69 convertible, all interior was gone, it took 2 years to gather all parts.
and you better go apply for a loan ! ... it ain't gonna be cheap !
convertible has specific parts, like inside rear quarter panels, and trim.
target early C3 68-74 parts. salvage anything you can, like the metal seat frames.
