Default T-Tops

Came across this 74 for sale.Has some kind of glass tops,but being a newbie about corvettes,thought i would post thepictures i have .I have only seen the all glass panels.These seem to have the body color around the glass.

Those look to be factory moon roofs.

Those are aftermarket tops that were available back in the day. You don't see too many of them.

those look similar to the ones that came with my stingray.. the previous owner couldn't tell me much... but i really do like the look !

I agree, back in the day when the OEM glass tops were selling new for over $2000.00 complete as they had to be purchased in pieces and assembled, those were a cost effective alternative.

I remember going to the dealership and asking for a price and the parts department told me you had to purchase the handles, weather-stripping etc separately and including tax I believe it came to a total of around $2456.00. That's when they asked if I wanted them installed. This was around 30 years ago.

Used fiberglass tops are't real expensive, one or two hundred each on eBay.
