Default Custom colored carpets

Does anyone have experience with cutom colored carpet sets?
Color choice of my own is of cause nessecary, but a correct fit as well.

Want to make a new interior in a dark red color.
Not sure if its burgundy or maroone.

Thanks
Lars

Dark red was offered as a factory color in some years. It was for my 75. It is quite a bit darker than the brighter red you see in the chrome bumper cars. But it would be exaggerating to call it maroon.

Oxblood. Yes thats what I would call it in danish.
Just need to find the right terms, and a vendor who can tailer make complete carpet set.

The dark red for the later corvette might be an option, but isnt the later cars only had two compartment doors compared to the earlier with three?

I can have the carpet set made in just about any factory color without an up-charge. You'll just have to decide on a color. Here are some factory color samples for different years. https://willcoxcorvette.com/catalogs...=carpet+sample

Then there is another choice which carries an up charge called essex. It's a different style carpet and thicker than the original carpet sets.

If you go to http://www.accmats.com you can view other carpet samples too. If you select your year then go to the carpet style choice you'll see a choice called essex and inside there is a really nice maroon color carpet. The issue would be matching that up to the rest of the interior should you do a full color change. Normally its best to pick a factory color you want and then stay with this on the carpet.

Reasons would include: If you want deluxe door panels with the carpet already on them or if you purchase or replace the rear storage compartment assembly... The carpet will match without changing anything. (both can be changed out but that's extra work).

If you see a color you like just let me know. Or email me at Andrew@Willcoxcorvette.com
