Just had some front end work on my 81 Vette done. The front air dam was bent upwards and now it's straight and true. My problem is when I turned my headlights on, they took 45 seconds to pop up. Prior to the work done on my car they were fine. Any quick tips on potential problem areas or troubleshooting?
Thanks in advance
Easy Mike,
your a genius!, took a look at the coffee can and what I discovered was that when the air dam was forced upwards the sugar scoop bracket punctured the coffee can. When they pulled the air dam back down it exposed the hole in the coffee can and ruined the vacuum. Sealed the hole up with some JB Weld and they work fine for now..thanks again
